SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Blchw! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how your order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

 

1. Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, complete with tracking information.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping within the United States costs US$7. Orders of US$50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 to 10 days after shipment. This does not include the 1 to 3 business days required for order processing.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, high-volume carrier periods, or unforeseen weather events.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your tracking info within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@blchw.com with your name and order number.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Blchw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrived damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photos of the damage and email them to hello@blchw.com so we can assist you promptly.

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first, or reach out to us at hello@blchw.com for assistance.
